Nonverbal Communication:
“The Hidden Message”
In face-to-face communication, body language accounts for more than two thirds of the impact of your message. It is always more emotionally revealing and always more emotionally accurate than what we say.
In this session you will learn ways to enhance your own body language as well as how to understand the hidden messages sent by your prospects and clients.
We will examine how to create a favorable first impression, project personal power, and identify deception. Learn how your use of appearance, posture, gesture, facial expression, eye contact, and voice impact your ability to communicate effectively. Special attention is given to gender differences and how they may account for some forms of misunderstanding.
