Today’s legal market is changing rapidly and recruiting and retaining talent is harder than ever. How will you stay relevant and how can you sell potential clients, members and employees on your firm? How can use your firm’s culture and embrace diverse talent to retain the enormous investment you’ve made in development and training of your team? Use Nikki’s strategies to connect with, and keep people from different generations, different cultures and different communications styles.
Nikki MacCallum is a New York City based standup comic, author, and public speaker. Currently the Strategic Talent Manager at Lighthouse, she brings to the table fifteen plus years in career coaching and executive search in the legal technology space. She’s spoken at events around the country (American Express, ILTA, LegalTech, eCALSM, WiE) and has also been featured on both ABC news and CBS Boston.
