PLAA ZOOM EDUCATION SESSION

UNDERSTANDING GENERATIONAL DIVERSITY

October 6, 2020, 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M.

This is the first time in our history that five generations are represented in the workforce at the same time with each group having distinctive perspectives, motivations, expectations and communication styles.  Differences across generations can cause frustration and breakdowns in communication.  In this seminar, we will discuss and build and appreciation for the differences and commonalities and learn how to turn those differences into strengths.

The speaker, Beth A. Slagle, Esq., is a business attorney at the law firm of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP where she maintains an active practice focused principally on business disputes, insurance coverage, entrepreneurs, and employment law.  Attorney Slagle also serves as the chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
