March 14, 2018

This program has been approved for:

CLM® Recertification Credit: 1 hour in the subject area of Legal Industry/ Business Management (LI)

In this March 14th presentation, Tim will discuss the market drivers of the “new normal” and what they mean for the modern law firm. He addresses how the market is driving changes that should be very good news to lawyers and law firms. The market is now rewarding efficiency and budget predictability, so law firms with experience have an opportunity to gain a competitive edge, because rather than fear lower cost competitors they can use their depth of expertise to deliver higher quality work product and generate greater profits in the process. It requires thinking differently about what we value and reward in our law firms. If you think it’s a tough time to manage a law firm, you’re not paying attention.

This special event recognizes the contributions the Chapter has made to the Pittsburgh legal community and the achievements of its volunteers. The event raises the awareness of the role played by the legal administrator in the modern legal environment.
